安德鲁·纳尔逊

Andrew joined Amey in 1999 and was appointed to the group’s board in 2006.

Andrew is responsible for financial matters and strategy in a complex public sector contracting environment. He also oversees the company’s treasury, pensions, IT, insurance and property functions,

He plays a key role in Amey’s acquisitions and disposals. He also has experience in debt financing, restructuring and creating strategic value through public-private partnerships (PPPs) for the delivery of public services and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Amey, Andrew spent five years in corporate finance with the investment bank Robert Fleming and a further five years with London Electricity, post-privatisation and through two changes of ownership.

In addition to his board position at Amey, Andrew is a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee of Altro Group and a trustee of Student Minds. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a degree in Engineering from Exeter University.
