Kelvin Dryden
Chief Commercial Officer
Kelvin is Amey’s Chief Commercial Officer and rejoined Amey in 2023.
Kelvin has over 20 years’ commercial experience across several government outsourcing sectors, such as defence, transport, local government, utilities, environmental and general infrastructure, including private finance initiative (PFI) and public private partnerships (PPP) in global markets.
In his role as Chief Commercial Officer and a member of the executive committee, Kelvin is responsible for Amey’s central commercial team and oversees the commercial function across all service divisions to cement consistency in our approach to commercial matters. It includes providing support and guidance to our work-winning teams to deliver business growth.
Prior rejoining Amey, where he previously worked for 17 years, Kelvin was Group Commercial Director at Serco.
Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Commercial Management and a Bachelor of Law degree. He has also completed the Legal Practice Course.
