Can I apply for a position in the UK if I need a work permit?

Everyone is asked for evidence of their right to live and work in the UK, by providing either a UK/EU passport or a work permit. We are not able to offer support in obtaining work permits except in very rare cases of critical skills shortages.

How does the interview process work?

Our interview process is based on the requirements of the role. We use competency-based interviewing, psychometric testing and assessment centres, but there are a variety of other selection tools we use where appropriate. It sounds scary but we promise it isn’t. You will be given details of the format when invited for interview.

Are travelling expenses for interviews/assessment centres covered?

Sorry no. We do not offer any reimbursement for expenses incurred in attending an interview or an assessment centre.

How long does the selection process take?

There is no fixed timeframe for the selection process. For more senior roles, you might meet us on several occasions before we reach a decision. But we do understand the pressures of looking for work and try to make the process as quick as possible for you.

Is there a Refer-a-Friend scheme?

Yes. If one of our team recommends you and you’re successful, they could get up to £1,000 – as long as they’re not part of the selection process.

We will never contact you from a non-Amey email address and you should treat emails from Yahoo, Gmail etc as fraudulent. You should also report any application forms you receive via email as this won’t have come from us.
