Transport advisory
We are the UK's market leader in transport space management for commercialisation, operational, and community uses. We support 13 train operating companies across the UK, collect £35 million of rental income on behalf of clients annually, and manage commercial activity on 896 stations.
We develop future-focused, flexible transport infrastructure options for our clients and adapt to the changing needs of their customers and bring value to the communities we work in.
We also develop insights and predictive analytics derived from mobile network data (MND) in compliance with data privacy laws. We enhance anonymised raw mobile network data to enable organisations to identify trends with the flow of people across a variety of different transportation modes. This provides our customers with valuable insights to help them make informed decisions about future planning and development.
