Business Graduate Programmes

We have two programmes on offer:

  1. Specialisms:Join us within a specialism such as Commercial, Operations, Business Development, Project Management or Finance.
  2. Holistic:Be part of a programme where you get a holistic insight across business areas, with exposure to a wide set of experiences & build a rounded skillset

If you are interested in any of these business areas, the Business Graduate Programme could be for you.

Both options offer a tailored development programme, exposure to key projects and senior business leaders, while gaining hands-on experience and business skills in order to grow your career. We will support you throughout your career progression with a mentor, People Manager, and access to a dedicated Early Careers Community. In the final year you’ll have the opportunity to work towards Level 7 Business qualification.

What you will receive:

  • A competitive starting salary of £28,500 per annum with salary reviews based on your performance
  • Support, every step of the way from a manager (to mentor your progress), a buddy (to guide you on programme) and access to a dedicated Early Careers community
  • Personal development, taking part in webinars and wellbeing events with the wider Graduate community
  • At the end of the programme, you will move into a permanent role within Amey where we will continue to support you by developing your skills and knowledge further.

What do you need to apply?

  • You’ll need at least a 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline. It’s important that your degree relates to the vacancy. If not, there may be another scheme that suits you
  • Commitment to studying towards a professional qualification
  • Passion about progressing your career
  • Eagerness to develop your existing skills and acquire new ones
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a dedicated approach to meeting deadlines
  • Commercial awareness
  • Eligibility to work and live permanently in the UK.
