Amey introduces Arbortrack across Defence contracts

OVERVIEW

Each year, Amey’s Arboriculture Specialists undertake the huge task of surveying around 24,000 trees and 30 woodland areas, using their vast knowledge of tree management and the MOD estate to ensure a balance is made between conservation of the area and safety.

Arbortrack is a computer-based data capture and management system, with a unique GPS mapping engine that provides a comprehensive and simple way to record inspections and work recommendations for the MOD’s tree stock.

The data maintained within Arbortrack enables the import and export of data seamlessly. The enhanced reporting tool allows the client’s assurance and reporting team to access real-time progress on the annual tasks, assess tree health and support their long-term value and sustainability strategies.
