Lancaster Tite & Locke

Lancaster Station is a listed building on the West Coast main line between London and Glasgow. The station serves the heritage city of Lancaster and its vibrant University.

Reflecting this heritage, ‘Tite & Locke’ is named after the architect William Tite who designed Lancaster railway station in the 1800s and Joseph Locke the civil engineer who established what came to be the West Coast Main Line.

Okehampton Station Community Use & New Cafe

Okehampton Station has welcomed the return of a daily rail passenger service to Exeter St Davids Station, along the newly reopened Dartmoor Line. From May 2022, an hourly train service to Exeter St Davids Station has resumed for the first time in nearly 50 years.
Ownership of Okehampton Station transferred from Devon County Council to Network Rail / GWR in 2021 and a comprehensive refurbishment of the station building was undertaken to bring Okehampton Station back into use.

Herne Hill Station is a Grade 2 Listed Building built in 1862 situated in the London Borough of Lambeth. The station is a busy commuter station with 2.888 million passengers per year and 1.57 million interchanges. Coffee Kiosk Taffs Well

As part of the Social and Commercial Development Plan our client Keolis Amey Operations (t/a Transport for Wales Rail Services) are tasked with bringing back into use ‘useable space’ across the Wales and Borders Network. In addition the Core Valley Line, the ownership of which is to be transferred to Welsh Government, is part of a key asset with a lot of focus. An aim of the CVL programme is to see every passenger able to access a Hot Drink.
